A Conversation with God and Yeshua About Healing, Expectations, and Timing

One of the questions I am asked most often is why healing sometimes happens quickly for one person and slowly for another. Some people arrive at a healing session hoping for a miracle. Others wonder why years of prayer, effort, or inner work have not yet produced the changes they desire.

As I reflected on these questions, I asked God and Yeshua to help clarify the nature of healing, divine timing, and what people can realistically expect when they seek support on their healing journey.

What follows is that conversation.

A Conversation with God and Yeshua

Joy:

God, I want to talk about healing in a way that is both truthful and compassionate. Many people come to spiritual healing with the hope that their life, health, relationships, or circumstances will change immediately. When that does not happen, they often assume something went wrong. I feel it is important to clarify the difference between how Yeshua healed and how healing works when you move through practitioners today. Can we talk about that?

God:

Yes. This is an important conversation.

Many people approach healing as though it were a transaction. They seek a specific outcome and then judge the success of the experience based solely on whether that outcome appears immediately.

Healing has never worked that way.

True healing is a sacred process that honors timing, readiness, free will, and the unique journey of each soul.

Joy:

Many people believe Yeshua healed everyone who came to him. That belief shapes expectations today. Is that actually true?

Yeshua:

No.

I healed when conditions were aligned. I healed when faith was present enough to receive. I healed when the soul was ready and when the healing served a greater purpose.

There were places where very little healing occurred. This was not because divine power was absent. It was because the field was not open to receive what was available.

There were also times when I moved on.

That part of the story is often overlooked.

Joy:

So healing was not automatic, even for you.

Yeshua:

Correct.

Healing was never about demonstrating power. It was about restoring alignment. Without alignment, healing may not remain in place or may create imbalance elsewhere.

Timing mattered then, and timing matters now.

Joy:

How does that compare to healing that occurs today through practitioners like me?

God:

The difference is that healing through you is not about intervention. It is about cooperation.

When I work through you, I am not overriding a person's soul path. I am not forcing change or bypassing lessons that still serve their growth.

Instead, healing supports the natural process of restoration.

Sometimes that restoration happens immediately.

More often, it unfolds in stages.

A person may first receive clarity. Another may experience emotional release. Someone else may gain stability before physical symptoms begin to shift.

All of these are forms of healing.

Joy:

That is very different from the expectation many people carry.

God:

Yes.

Expectations often focus on outcomes.

Healing focuses on alignment.

When alignment is restored, outcomes become possible.

Joy:

Yeshua, how would you explain the difference between a miracle and healing?

Yeshua:

A miracle occurs when many factors converge at the same moment.

Faith.

Readiness.

Timing.

Purpose.

Divine opportunity.

When those elements come together, change can appear instantaneous.

Healing itself is broader than that.

Healing is the restoration of truth within a being.

Many of the most profound healings are quiet. They arrive through understanding, release, forgiveness, awareness, integration, and new choices.

The world often celebrates dramatic transformations while overlooking the sacred work that happens beneath the surface.

Yet both are equally valuable.

Joy:

What would you say to someone who feels discouraged because their healing is taking longer than they expected?

Yeshua:

Do not mistake a slower process for a failed process.

Many people imagine healing as a single event when it is often a series of unfoldments.

Sometimes the first healing is safety.

Sometimes it is trust.

Sometimes it is the removal of a burden that has been carried for lifetimes.

Sometimes the foundation must be strengthened before greater change can occur.

None of these are signs that healing is absent.

They are evidence that healing is already underway.

God, what would you like people to understand before seeking spiritual healing?

God:

Understand that healing is a partnership.

You are not broken.

Nothing is being withheld from you.

Your worth is not determined by how quickly results appear.

Timing is not punishment.

Delay is not rejection.

And progress is not always visible at first.

There are moments when a session is deeply successful even though the outer symptoms remain. The roots may already have shifted, and the visible changes simply need time to emerge.

Joy:

What is important for people to understand about the role of the practitioner?

God:

A practitioner is not a miracle dispenser.

A healer facilitates alignment.

They help reveal what is hidden.

They help clear what no longer serves.

They create space for truth, awareness, and restoration.

What unfolds afterward is a collaboration between the soul, the body, the individual's choices, and divine timing.

Joy:

Yeshua, is there anything you would like to say to those who are still waiting for healing?

Yeshua:

Yes.

Do not measure your faith by speed.

Do not assume delay means denial.

Do not interpret silence as abandonment.

Trust that healing comes when it can stay.

A Closing Reflection

Healing is not always instant.

Sometimes it arrives as understanding.

Sometimes it appears as courage.

Sometimes it begins with the release of old pain, limiting beliefs, ancestral patterns, or unresolved experiences from other lifetimes.

At other times, healing is preparation for a transformation that has not yet fully revealed itself.

If you are walking a healing path, you are not behind.

If your journey is unfolding gradually, nothing has gone wrong.

If you are being asked to trust the process, it does not mean you have been forgotten.

Healing honors timing because timing protects what is becoming whole.

As God reminds us:

"Healing is not delayed to test you. It unfolds to protect what is becoming whole."

Why doesn't healing happen instantly?

Healing does not always happen instantly because true healing involves more than changing symptoms. Healing often includes emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and physical layers. Sometimes preparation, clearing, and integration must occur before visible results can emerge.

Did Yeshua heal everyone who came to him?

No. The Bible records many miraculous healings performed by Yeshua, but it does not state that every person everywhere was healed. Healing occurred when faith, readiness, divine timing, and purpose aligned. Even Yeshua encountered situations in which few healings occurred.

What is the difference between a miracle and healing?

A miracle is often an immediate and dramatic shift that appears to happen instantly. Healing is the broader process of restoring alignment, balance, and wholeness. While miracles can be part of healing, many healings unfold gradually over time.

Why does divine timing matter in healing?

Divine timing allows healing to occur when it can be fully received and sustained. Sometimes a person must gain understanding, release old patterns, or become ready for change before healing can take root and last.

Can spiritual healing help even if symptoms remain?

Yes. Spiritual healing often addresses root causes before outer changes become visible. A person may experience greater peace, clarity, emotional freedom, or energetic shifts before physical or life circumstances begin to change.

Does a lack of healing mean I don't have enough faith?

No. Healing is not a reward for having perfect faith. Many factors can influence healing, including timing, readiness, free will, life lessons, and the soul's journey. A slower healing process does not mean you have failed or that God has abandoned you.

What role does a spiritual healer play?

A spiritual healer facilitates healing by helping identify and clear energetic, emotional, ancestral, karmic, or spiritual blocks that may be contributing to challenges. The healer supports alignment, but the healing process remains a partnership between the individual, their soul, and God.

How do I know if healing is already happening?

Signs of healing may include greater peace, improved self-awareness, emotional release, forgiveness, healthier choices, increased energy, new opportunities, stronger intuition, or a shift in perspective. Healing often begins internally before it becomes visible externally.
